Why use our PDF page extractor?
Extracting pages lets you pull specific sections out of a larger document without altering the original file. This is invaluable for sharing a relevant chapter from a textbook, isolating completed sections of a multi-part form, pulling key slides from a presentation deck, or sending just the executive summary of a lengthy report. Unlike splitting — which divides a document into sequential chunks — extraction lets you cherry-pick non-consecutive pages (for example, pages 3, 7, and 12-15) and combine them into a single new file. Our tool preserves all formatting, hyperlinks, and annotations from the selected pages, and the entire process runs privately in your browser. No signup, no software, no file uploads to third-party servers.
After extracting, merge the extracted pages with other files to build a custom document, or compress the result before sharing it by email or upload portal. If you want to permanently remove pages from the original rather than create a separate copy, our page deletion tool is the right choice. The tool is free and works on any device — desktop, tablet, or phone.
