Why use our PDF page rearranger?
Scanned documents often come through in the wrong order, merged files may need a different sequence than the one they were combined in, and presentations sometimes require a last-minute reshuffling of slides before a meeting. Rearranging pages lets you correct these issues without recreating the entire document from scratch. Our visual drag-and-drop interface makes reordering intuitive — you see every page as a clear thumbnail and simply move them where they belong. Select multiple pages to move them as a group, or reverse the entire document order with one click. The process runs privately in your browser, so even confidential documents never leave your device. Free to use with no account required.
Rearranging is often part of a bigger cleanup. Combine it with rotating sideways pages, removing pages you don't need, or adding page numbers once the order is finalized. For splitting a document into separate files rather than reordering, try our PDF splitter. Works on any device with no software to install.
